First move in 50 years
Not having moved in 50 years and having moved ourselves prior to that, I have nothing to compare to American Fargo, but this company was professional, pleasant, and gave quality service, starting with Larry, who came to the house to assess and give us an estimate. The movers were friendly, courteous, careful, polite, and nothing was lost or broken. They knew how to pack and move a grand piano correctly and then unpack and put it back together in the new house. A painter was in my new house a few days after we moved in painting a new molding, and asked to do any touch-up painting that we needed, and he commented that the movers did a great job as there were no places on the walls or baseboards that needed painting. I can highly recommend American Fargo to anyone.
The best!
American Fargo moving is the BEST!!!! Shout out to the office ILKA gave the best customer service!!!! The guys who packed Junior, Craig Alex, Eduardo and Chris were the best!!!! Nothing was broken!! Their packing was A1. The respect for time and their manners is second to none. These guys even put each box where they belonged in the new home. JD power and son award for moving goes to them. I can’t say thanks enough for making things seamless. White glove service with every penny. Thanks guys!!!
Art move
Positive experience with American Fargo from initial contact to job completion. Communicated well throughout process, pivoted as necessary and delivered as promised. Transported 750 kg marble inlaid art pieces with crane to upper level without damage the art, my home or outdoor landscaping. Edwin and delivery crew were professional and positive throughout. Larry did an excellent job coordinating the logistics. Thank you!
Cross country move
Larry was a massive help to us for our cross country move! His moving quote was very competitive and in the same ballpark as other national companies. We ended up choosing a different company only by coin toss since the quotes were so similar. The company we went with (not Larry’s company) made a huge mistake and mixed up the dates. I contacted Larry at the last minute and he said he would gather up his resources and make the move happen for us if the other company fell through. He even made a personal call to us to make sure everything was okay. The other company did end up moving us but if we did it all over again, we’d go with Larry!
Odd job move
I have had the pleasure of having American Fargo move our theater’s audience risers back and forth to our warehouse for the past eight years or so. This is not an easy job, due to the size and odd shape of these risers. Recently, we had to relocate our stage costume and furniture warehouse and there was no one I trusted more to help us in this endeavor. American Fargo’s crew is not only hard working, but they are always friendly, kind and they take extra care of the items they move. I look forward to having American Fargo help us with our next move.
Great to work with
I historically used (for myself and my clients) the same movers for the past ten years, but recently needed the services of an all-in-one moving company and a bit of a white glove service. I used American Fargo and was amazed by their professionalism, concierge-styled customer service, and more importantly, elevated service at a reasonable price. Ilka is simply amazing at customer service! I have since used them for four clients and continue to be impressed by their service. Miami to Kansas Move
I hired them to load my Brewery equipment into a flatbed trailer for delivery to me from Miami to Kansas City. Larry and his team were on time and completed the task with no problem! I was very grateful to have such a great team on this job!
Seamless move
American Fargo is a trusted and reliable full service moving & storage company in Miami. We worked with Larry Zaldivar, Carlos and his moving team for our residential move from Miami Beach to Downtown Miami. The entire moving process was seamless, from planning, partnering with condo management on insurance liabilities, packing and delivery of our items. Larry's team delivered on professionalism, punctuality, reliability, service and transparency with our move. We felt very secure in transporting and storing our high value items, such as our furniture and artwork. Best of all, these guys had a great sense of humor, which made our move that much easier. After the delivery of our items, I noticed my son's Baby Brezza bottle machine was slightly damaged from the move. Within 7 hours of informing Larry, I received a brand new replacement machine at my doorstep. You can count on Larry for continuing to deliver on great customer service even after the job has been completed! We will definitely work with Larry, Carlos and his team for our next move. Piano move
Incredible experience with this company. Was worried about moving a piano 100 years old but when I saw the care and expertise they demonstrated it set my mind at ease. A big thank you to Larry for helping coordinate!
